This webpage is going to be about LOTR and J.R.R. Tolkien
J.R.R Tolkien is my most favorite Author. He wrote the Lord Of The Rings Trilogy in 1954 and 1955. and it was an amazing trilogy. Christmas 2001 Director Peter Jackson let us Tolkien fans have the first movie Lord Of The Rings; The Fellowship Of The Ring. After somehow talking the Studio into taking a risk on making the trilogy all at one time. But somehow Jackson convinced them to let him have Million to go to his homeland, New Zealand to film the trilogies. It took him 15 months to do it. and at this past Christmas 2001 we were amazed!!!! Not only was it good, it was the best movie I've ever seen, and you can't help but wonder, with the first part of the Trilogy as good as it was...will the next movie be just as good?!? well, we needn't wait too long, Christmas 2002, and Christmas 2003 will all have a part of the trilogy. '02 will have Tolkien's The Lord Of The Rings; The Two Towers. and '03 will have Loord Of The Rings; Return Of The King. and with stars like Billy Boyd,Dominic Monaghan, Sean Astin, Sir. Ian McKellen, Ian Holm, Viggo Mortensen, Orlando Bloom, Liv Tyler, Christopher Lee, Cate Blanchett John Ryhs-Davies Andy Serkis, and my personal Favorite Actor, Elijah Wood, playing Frodo Baggins, the Ring's holder. |
